Games and apps we'd want on our own home screen.

Bailong is an independent studio in Canada. We make a folk games collection, an endless rope climber, Galaxy Watch faces, a mortgage rate tracker, a music player and a few more, for Android, iOS and Wear OS.

Everything we make

8 apps are on Google Play today. The rest are in review or testing, and several are on their way to the App Store.

Games

Quick to pick up, hard to put down, and all playable offline.

  • Folkplay In testing for iOS and Android

More than 160 folk, schoolyard, board, card and carnival games in one offline app: Durak, Janggi, Hnefatafl, Pogs, Marbles, Ddakji and many more, each with bots and pass-and-play.

On your wrist

For Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch and every other Wear OS watch.

Everyday

Music, money, books, recipes and a few old traditions.

How we work

A small studio, so every app gets the same few people from the first sketch to the hundredth update.

Start with a real itch

Each app starts as something we wanted for ourselves: a watch face we could not find, a rate we kept checking, a game from childhood.

Small, then better

We ship a focused first version, watch how people use it, and improve what matters to them rather than adding everything at once.

No dark patterns

Prices are shown up front, ads stay out of the way, and nothing is designed to keep you scrolling. Your data stays yours.

Kept up to date

Launch is the start. Apps get fixes, new devices and new content for as long as people use them.
